SLD offers a variety of instant downloadable products. Kindly note that there are NO REFUNDS on instant downloads and no physical item will will be shipped to you.

INSTANT DOWNLOAD

Most of the items are Instant Download. After you have completed your purchases, you will able to download your purchased files. There’s no waiting time.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. No physical items will be shipped.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

If you order a personalized item that requires entering your name(s) and date, these will be sent to the e-mail address within two (2) business days.

When ordering an invitation or personalized item that requires a lot of your personal information, you will receive the proof within two (2) business day. Please provide me all the required information so that I start working on your order asap. If we have not received a response from the customer within five (5) business days of the proof being sent, the order will be cancelled. The customer will not be refunded in part or full for the cancelled order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct email address was entered when completing the order.

PROOFING

It is the customer’s full responsibility to proof for grammar, wording, and spelling. Sky Laark Digital Designs is not responsible for any mistakes or printing costs incurred. Please carefully check all proofs before approving.

COLORS

Please be aware that colours on a monitor may vary slightly from how they appear in person or how they display from one device to another due to the colour calibration of your device or monitor.

I try to ensure that the colour of the designs appear to the customer on the listing sample is the colours the customer will receive with that particular design.

For the most visually stunning final results, I recommend printing the pages using high-quality paper, such as card stock.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Thank you for your interest in our digital products! As a provider of digital goods, we have a strict no returns, exchange, or cancellations policy on all our digital products.

All sales are final on digital files. There is no option to cancel, return, or exchange.

I do want all of my customers to have a positive experience, so if you run into any issues or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
